This was my first order and I was happy with my meal! The BBQ cheddar bacon burger was just the right size and still nice and warm, with the bbq sauce giving lots of flavor. The fries are thick cut and the serving size was perfect. My only problem was the fries were on the cool side and didn't have any salt or flavor to them. My chocolate shake was nice and thick and still cold, and smooth, and the lid had been kindly covered with some plastic wrap to keep it all in.

got the order and the chicken was maybe a 3rd of the size of the picture, definitely didn't look anything like that and for the price point not impressed, chocolate milkshake tasted like hazelnut, probably Nutella is my guess.. I have had other items on the menu and had no issues just this is disappointing

Worst burger I have ever had. Tasted terrible. The cheese fries ere okay. But my mouth shouldnt burn after eating 3 bites of the burger. Couldnt finish. Certainly wasnt worth the $40.00 I paid for the combo.

Been looking for a good quality burger for a looong time! Closest I could get was A&W. I wasn't expecting much from this burger but it surpassed all my expectations! Hands down the BEST burger I've ever had!
