Everything was perfect. Buttermilk Hotcakes and Hardwood-Smoked Bacon and coffee were all hot and delicious!

This store is inept and can't follow an order and seemingly doesn't even review the receipts they print to ensure orders are correct.

I've had problems with this Bob Evans because their food and service have been inconsistent. And, for some reason, most of my orders have arrived cold, even though they are located near my home.
However, this time everything was great. The food arrived warm and well-prepared. The portions were perfect, and they even included utensils.
While I still have some reluctance to order from this location again, this time has gone a long way toward improving my opinion.

The food was good once I heated everything up. I know it wasnt the restaurants fault either. Would like to try it hot and fresh. The coffee drink I got was amazing it was a mocha coffee made with chocolate milk
