The steakhouse burger was a letdown. It only had one strip of bacon, a tiny mushroom, and maybe a strip of an onion with the cheese. The burger wasn't hand pressed and a tiny amount of A1 sauce. The fries were soggy, but it's expected during delivery. I don't think it's worth the price for how the burger came. It didn't look like the photo, which I was expecting it to be loaded for the price

I ordereda Bacon Cheeseburger w fries and coleslaw. There was maybe 10 fries and they were cold and soggy. I got my grandson Little Piggy Pancakes and they weren't even made right. For the price I paid, the meal was quite lacking. Wont be ordering from there again

1 Star is too high for this Bob Evans in Corning/Riverside. Before placing our doordash order we placed a call to the store to ask if we could have our soup without the toppings (Scallions/Bacon Bits). We explained we were in the process of placing the doordash order while on the phone to the lady who said that it would be no problem. She said she would be doing the order herself so it will be correct. Our Dasher contacted us when he picked up our order and said he is on his way.
When the order arrived it had chicken noodle soup instead of the Cheddar Baked Potato Soup we ordered and talked to the store about. The Dinner Rolls were hard as a rock and no butter was sent with the order. The chicken in the kids meal Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders they so hard that they could not be consumed.
When we called the store back about the incorrect soup in the order they said they haven't had that soup at the restaurant in a couple days. They said that they informed our door dasher about the soup change and the door dasher said it was ok to change it to chicken noodle. Our Door Dasher did not ask us about the change in order. We explained this to the store that our order was complete bad and we have been steady customers for years at this restaurant. My last order from this Bob Evans wasn't good but we decided to give it a 2nd try. Learned our lesson! "Sorry Nothing we can do!" per Bob Evans
