poor customer service took way too long to prepare. no straw for my drink no soup for my pancakes and eggs overcooked

The salad, rolls, and fruit part of my last order were very good. However, the fish sandwich and fries were DISGUSTING! The fries weren't even done and were limp/grease filled; the sandwich had no condiments at all - on the bun or in the bag - and the container bottom was filled with GREASE, which soaked into the bun!! It was all I could do to keep from getting in the car and taking it back to the store manager.

I ordered The Original Farmer's Choice they didnt even bother to put it in the bag so I never got it like I work in food service its not that hard and the apples they have are bitter

The mashed potatoes and gravy came hot and well packed to avoid any spillage. As did the sausage gravy. The biscuits were on the side this time which I realy appreciate.
