Paying $6.00 for that amount of soup was disappointing. I thought ordering a "bowl" would have been a larger serving.

Called with missing item issue and was taken care of by the general manager, Jack. He was genuinely concerned with my issue and, through his phenomenal customer service, has retained my family's business. Thank you Jack, your professionalism and integrity made a difference in my stressful day. The food is always good and Bob Evans is 2 of my 3 daughter's favorite restaurant.

Should've listened to other reviews. Food was cold, missing items, overcooked eggs, undercooked bacon. No winning with this meal. Didn't include syrup, left our drinks out. All in all a very annoying experience.

The delivery was great food not so much. The chicken tenders were tiny and overcooked to the point of almost hard.
