the Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders (3pc) were VERY overcooked. the mashed potatoes had crust around them so imagine they portion them out quite a while ahead of needing them. the banana bread slices were tiny and under done. i doubt I would order again from here. the cost for the quality is crazy. the pancakes tasted fine, but we weren't given any syrup or whipped cream.

i ordered just the chocolate chip pancakes from you .which I get every single time are usually large size pancakes that fill the plate .I paid 15.99 and got four small size ones that look like the side ones that you get with the meals like the ones that come on the side of my husbands meal..I only get the pancakes so not getting what I paid for is dissapointing...#.Double Chocolate Hotcakes

The All American BLT is a single layer of thin bacon, 1 tomato slice, toast that's buttered, but soggy, without any mayo. It looks nothing like the photos. It definitely tastes very good, but the portion size and preparation, leave a lot to be desired.
The Pick 2 Combo comes with a sandwich that has very little meat, and very little toppings. The cup of soup is very small.
The Farmhouse Garden Salad is essentially lettuce, 4-5 croutons, and a small amount of cheese.
Overall, the food tasted good, but the portion sizes, and preparation, are horribly lacking.

The food is usually great from this Bob Evans, but today our food boxes were packed VERTICALLY in the bag (instead of stacked), and all of the strawberry topping (which is charged extra) leaked out. I feelbad for the Door Dash driver, because it's probably all over her car. Hash browns were hard as rocks, not burnt, but hard. Very disappointed today. :(

The food was cold when I got it. There were more onions than there was anything else. The portions were smaller than the portion I would give my 2 year old. For almost $20 a plate, that's unacceptable.
