10 out of 10 .first time order these items and im so satisfied!!! Worth the price and presentation really well done . Im very picky as texture can be a problem for me but impressed and will order again

The Brown Sugar Black Milk Tea is not good here. It is too sweet and has a weird, off taste. Another location called No 1. Boba Tea on Water Street has the best Brown Sugar Black Milk Tea and potstickers. Much better I would recommend there. The Tres Leches Cake is pretty solid here however.

Always so fresh and the Cannoli always preserves well if we don't eat it all at once. Matcha Milkshake is really good and light but sweet.
