Tea and boba is great, but drinks arent sealed when delivered which increases the risk for contamination. Please package your deliveries better for your customer's safety.

The Jasmine Green tea we received tasted spoiled. It tasted sour, this usually is not case for us but definitely a bummer

I ordered 75% sweet for both drinks yet both my drinks were so bland andhad NO taste. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from here again. Ill go to BOBER tea next time.

Both drinks are gelatin like, like right when I got them, not because I left them outside for a long time, I really question if they use ingredients that have gone bad, I had to throw both away.
