I rarely give low ratings and am sad to say this, but with my (regular) low added sugar, the fruit in their mango colada tastes strangely artificial compared to other places like Sunright and JamJam Tea. I think it tastes powdery almost(?)

The strawberry milk tasted and looked curdled. The matcha is powdery. Tastes and looks nothing like what I expected from the picture.

unfortunately, I have to give this a 1 star. It's strange, every time I order the Milky Honey Dew Snow it tastes different 2 weeks ago it was sweeter, then this whole week and I've ordered at least 5 of them, they've been tasting like dirty water. Sorry guys. I just won't buy boba from you anymore till you start using water filter for your ice machines.
