This store has my favorite boba pearls of any boba place I've tried yet. The drinks are exquisite and the red bean yaki is delicious as well. Highly recommend.

Bad, the description says fruit juice. And it only tastes like water with a powdered essence or flavoring. It's not fresh, it's not fruit, it's super watery, it looks like a $1 drink from Seven. And it was $15 for both.

If you're wanting good Vietnamese coffee, go elsewhere. Seldom do I feel compelled to spit out a sip of coffee. This was bad.

The crispy pork belly & sticky rice was FANTASTIC! The spicy sauce that came with it made it even better! The mangonada boba was a wonderful finishing touch! So yummy!
