I always enjoy the boba from here (so many options and the boba is good!), and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the Chicken Tender(4pc) with French Fries was, the strips were fine bit the fries were excellent.

Really good boba place! I'm a bit of a boba snob and the boba here is always good, not underdone and not overdone. Standard house milk tea is one of the better ones I've had, the matcha milk tea is super tasty, and the iced teas I've tried have all been good.
