The boba in the 虎纹波波奶茶 / Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea was undercooked and the wrong kind of chewy. Everything else was fine though

Was really bitter even with 100% sweetness, there was some sweeter grape syrup at the bottom but it wouldn’t mix in and was gone quickly. outside of cup was all stickey with syrup as well. 攸攸招牌奶茶 / Uni Signature Milk Tea wasn’t very sweet either at 100% sweetness but wasn’t bad. I was able to ask for no ice and still get a full cup, some places dont allow it.

I’ve ordered this drink many times and usually really enjoy it. However, recently the milk foam has been disappointing — it clumps together and ruins the texture of the drink. I hope the quality goes back to what it used to be.

Powdery taste and they put so much ice that there was no flavor. Overpriced for this garbage
