The best boba I've had in Portland, and now its my go-to spot. I love the Sugarcat Fresh Milk Brown Sugar and the Uji Matcha Latte. Super delicious!

My go to is assam black milk tea with regular boba. It tastes like regular boba and is safe for the lactose intolerant. service is great and you can see as they make your drinks. There's also cute cat pics on the walls 10/10 would recommend.
