The Chicken Caesar Salad is amazing. All the ingredients were fresh and had great flavor. Bobby is a true professional chef. He is very kind and knowledgeable about food. His specialty is Mediterranean cuisine which is very healthy and delicious. I have tried many of his dishes and was never disappointed. I suggest those who gave negative ratings reconsider because they do not accurately reflect the quality of his dishes or the passion he has for food. I am very pleased that Liberty Lake has healthy options like Bobby's available.

I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. This is by far one of the best salads I've had in a long time. All of the ingredients were fresh.The greens and dressing were crisp and flavorful. I've tried many other dishes from Bobby's and I must say if you have not tried his food. You are missing out. Everything is fresh and very healthy. I highly recommend. Bobby is an Executive Chef of over 30 years and it clearly shows he is passionate about food and cooking. Give him a try for your next lunch, dinner or catering event.
