Received exactly as ordered. The driver forgot part of the order so the store contacted me to let me know and stayed on the phone while I communicated this with driver. Order was prepared quickly and the various teas were excellent.

• DoorDash order
ordered three drinks, were largely ice, came with no bag, only a fast food style carrier, that was weakened with moisture from condensation from delivery and easily dropped two drinks, losing them.
