BYO sandwich did not come with chips and up charges $1.00 for everything except lettuce. Paid for the creamy sirracha and they barely put any on

Confusing menu on DD. Ordered overnight oats, the items listed as toppings are all an extra cost so I figured the toppings are the standard ones you see in store (blueberries, strawberries, etc.). Instead we received only oats in a cup, for $7, which is the price of oats with the standard toppings instore.
