First time ordering. Ham on ham and cheese sandwich was burnt. Received a burger covered in queso instead of the fig jam burger, and circus fries were also burnt

it honestly reminded me of a tofu burger, something about it wasn't quite right. I eat at alot of burger joints. id have to give it a 4/10

The BBQ Bob portion is great for the price, but the Appetizer Sampler seems a bit light for $17
