Awesome bagels. I’ve ordered now two days in a row. Tunafish bagel…delicious. Onion bagel with chive cream cheese…oh wow!

Here's the thing... I've never really liked bagels. I've always felt like bagels are just vehicles for more important things (ie. Lox and cream cheese).
But then I got a Boichik everything bagel that was FRESH out the oven and it was---no hyperbole---the most delicious & perfect thing made with wheat in the history of humanity. Better than the best baguette (my Parisian grandmother is rolling in her grave) or any other bread (sour, sweet, sliced, flat, leavened or unleavened).
This is now my last meal request.
Oooo and I got a hat!

As a former new yorker who has been living in the bay area for a decade now, this is the first Pumpernickel bagel I've had that rivals H&H. No disrespect to Wise Sons, they have a great menu, but these bagels are next-level.
