The best NY bagels in SF! The only issue I have is with the lox, which isn't sliced paper thin as lox should be - by deli standards - and there is no wax paper separating the slices. Basically, you wind up tearing out rolled up chunks, most of which are relatively chunky to begin with.

You cannot find a real bagel anywhere in San Francisco. The Salt Bagel and Poppy bagel from this place is the closest in density, consistency and flavor. I will definitely order from here again! The bagels taste a little sweet to me. If they took the sugar out of their recipe, I'd give them 5 stars.

Hi, the bagels are good but I specifically requested 1 bagel with cream cheese and 1 bagel without cream cheese (sub avocado)
I ended up with 2 bagel with both cream cheese. Can I please get a refund for the second bagel? My sis is vegan and won't be able to eat it. Thanks!
