Bagels are usually good, but my order arrived completely "uncooked" - the bagel and bialy were both not toasted.

Decent bagels but wayyyy too expensive. The name makes you think they're going to be good new york bagels but they dont even seed both sides of the bagel. Come on. What are we doing here? Also, the sandwich has an ungodly amount of cream cheese. Skip ordering the $8 tub of cream cheese and just scrape it off the sandwich.
