Paid $27 for the #9 Miso Hot Soup that was 50% cabbage. Could barely get a single spoon of soup without cabbage in it

I order #6 Milk Cream Curry Hot Soup and received #4 Beef Hot Soup. Im okay with beef soup, but the beef was in little pieces. And they added up to at most two slices. Im pretty sure the beef was still frozen when they put it and since beef was still frozen, when they tried to put it in my soup, they broke it. I guess that I got that little meat. Ive experienced similar problem before, but I was in one of their restaurants. Even though they still got frozen meat in the soup, at least they try to put in right amount of meat. And they switched a new soup for me. Too bad this time they packed wrong item switching my curry soup to almost vegie soup without enough veggie and i have to leave this comment

The staff didnt fill my order correctly that was annoying. I ordered 3 refill packs of the Garlic Bean Paste , but they gave me 3 little free individual packs instead. But other then that their drinks and food is still amazing. Their old time Old-Time Delight Milk Tea and lamb pot are my all time favorites.

The food is great. However, the portion for the rice I order on the side is never consistent. They either give you a lot or it's not even half the amount of the container they put it in. Very underwhelming sometimes.
