Love their old-time delight milk tea and tea. Their boba is also usually pretty consistent, never mushy. Their hot pots are also good, but the price is much better if you buy in-store.

Beware of ordering delivery through DoorDash. Anytime there's more than (1) hot pot soup in the order, they will not include all of them. If you order (2), you will only receive (1).

Now I know why the #4 Beef Hot Soup is #1. Great flavor and nice spice. Garlic Pork Belly is average but I would order it again due to being juicey.
