apparently there was a mix up on my order and I didn't get mine. I've ordered from here before and there's hardly any toppings and no means to request additional

Potatoes were awful overcooked and tasted old. There were hardly any toppings. We've ordered them from Jasons Deli before and they were good. Not sure what changed but will not order again.
