The burgers and fries are good, but more than half the time they forget the fry sauce and aioli. I mean half the menu is fries, how hard is it really to remember to include the sauces? I also order the gold fries every time and half the time they give me another kind.

absolutely inedible. the meat tasted scorched. the bun was stale. the fries were limp and soggy. this is the worst meal I've had in years. never again.The Classic Gold

The bunless burger bowl is always great! The fries are amazing, however when I order dipping sauces they have been missing the last two orders. There is no way to order them separate on the menu.
