Wrong order, gave me double fries when I ordered double bo rounds and did not include mayo or pickles in the sandwich lazy workers

Every time I DD from here, the order is incorrect. Last time I ordered they gave me two biscuits instead of fries. I called the Bojangle's to see if they were out of fries and they were not. They just told me to ask DD for a refund and hung up.
