This chicken seemed as if it had been sitting for several hours under a heat lamp and they decided instead of throwing it away, we'll sell it to a delivery customer so they'll blame it on the delivery time. My delivery was only about 6 minutes. I suppose napkins are an extra charge now because they weren't in the bag.

No cheese on my biscuit that I paid .77 extra for. Biscuit was missing from the kids meal (tht was the main reason for ordering the kids meal due to NOT having an option to order a plain butter biscuit on the menu provided).
