Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Sandwich was very good, but since some people like putting extra things on it, You might consider putting in a separate container/have it off the bread and let the customer put the extra things on themselves. I do like the sauce you have on it.

My 8 piece chicken box, had 2 breast, 2 wings, and 4 thighs. I don't like chicken thighs, and when I visit a BoJangles, I specifically ask for an additional wing and leg, instead of the dried up leftover thighs. I thought an eight piece was supposed to be 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 legs, and 2 thighs. I would greatly appreciate more consideration.

No icing at all. Paid for extra icing. 2nd time with same issue here. Maybe get some employees that can follow simple instructions

The Sausage is always dryed out and they don't give you a whole egg on your Biscuit.

Time to get the order ready was longer than the usual longer than average time. One biscuit was barely wrapped, with the contents spilling out.
