8pc Chicken Box - 10:30AM to Close Chicken was very dry and pieces were so badly cut I couldn't tell what piece of the chicken they were. Adding to the 'mystery' pieces was they were so caked in way too much crust. it was as if they had been dredged in the flour mixture three times. Way more crust pulled off than meat left to eat. Very disappointed.

Chicken was delicious and tea was fresh however, they forgot my biscuits for my $19.99 8pc Family Meal and didn't give me the gravy for the mashed potatoes.

They have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. One meal looks pretty much the same at Bojangles so it is easy not to catch before driving away. Maybe they should go back to employing a couple more humans in their restaurant? I won't be going back to this store. Shame.

The chicken was way overcooked, dry and tasteless, I had to peel off the coating to eat, the biscuits were hard and dry, the food was lukewa, and they forgot my drinks again. I deserve a refund, but it's for sure Bojangles won't do it, they never do! Forget the customer being right at this place!
