Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The dasher was fine but the food was awful. It arrived cold, the chicken on the Bo's Chicken Sandwich Combo was a tiny piece if chicken, likely supposed to be used for a Biscuit. Not worth $12. also our fries had no seasoning on them at all and were old. So bland and flavorless. Do better, Bojangles.

Ordered 12 piece ALL WHITE. Paid extra for all white. received a 4 piece white with 8 dark. Oh, and NO biscuits. Thanks Bojangles for the way over priced meal. And to top it all off the seasoning on the fries and the chicken was not even. Some of the fries were so over seasoned, they couldn't be eaten.

This Bojangles has REALLY gone downhill from what it used to be. This store regularly gives unsweetened tea when you order sweet tea (and vice-versa). Also, lately, their biscuits are very crumbly and not at all fresh-tasting (I used to believe Bojangles made the best fast-food biscuits in Columbia...)

The quality of food here is very inconsistent. Today the biscuit very crumbly and not fresh-tasting, bo-rounds dripping grease and saturated packaging, wrong size drink sent.

It is hard to go wrong with Bojangles. The delivered food was hot and fresh. However, there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes and one side was missing (Cajun Fries). I did receive Cajun Pintos in a very small container. I had ordered it in addition to the 12 piece, 3 sides.
