Wings had ZERO seasoning but thank God I keep Texas Pete Hot Sauce on hand
LoL. Dirty rice tasted good and was flavorful, and mashed potatoes/gravy was ok. Biscuit was hot and fresh, very Yummy.

Food was very old! Bo'berry Bo-Berry Biscuit® whe hard and so where the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. The bacon wasn't fully cooked. My sugar & cream wasn't included at all.

The biscuits were both extremely hard. The sausage on the biscuits was dry on both of them. I ordered two orders of Bo Rounds and they gave me what tasted like 2 french frys that was made on Monday and had been sitting under the heat lamp since then. I normally do not complain but if you are out of an item you either call the customer or you have the driver call when they get to the store. You dont send out stale food to your customers. I am a manager at a local restaurant right down the street from this Bo Jangles establishment. And we would never be okay with changing a customers order

I ordered a 2-piece breast and wing dinner with dirty rice and pintos. However, the restaurant sent me a thigh, drumstick, pintos, and dirty rice (all overcooked) via Door dash delivery.
The manager suggested that I bring the dinner they screwed up back to the restaurant for a replacement.
I will not order from this restaurant via Door dash again. Apparently, the individual that prepared my order didn't take the time to read the instructions.
Consumers expect to get what they pay for.
