the food was fantastic and was handled with care, I'd say that they were out of the pibk lemonade when I ordered but the fact that my other drinks came along with it means a lot. fantastic quality over all

This was my first time ever having Bojangles and I likely won't do that again. Everything was thrown together so haphazardly, everything was sticky or covered in grease, and the fries were terribly overseasoned. The one Bo biscuit we got was in a box laying on its side, so there was a mess of icing. The store also forgot to hand the DoorDash driver our pink lemonade, but he thankfully went above and beyond to retrieve it for us.

Forgot my drink, chicken was over cooked, didn't even season the fries, which were old. I've never had a problem with them until now.

Almost perfect. Forgot to add the .99 cent piece of cheese I ordered to the Sausage & Egg Biscuit Combo. Everything else was correct. It took longer than expected for restaurant to prepare meal. My Dasher was at the restaurant waiting for quite a while to pick up my order.
