Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It was like the dirty rice was placed inside the bag on its side. There was SOOOO MUCH liquid in the rice that it was pouring out like a bottle of water was poured into it first. To add to that the rice had absolutely NO FLAVOR or taste. I ordered an 8-piece all-white. I got 4 breasts, 3 wings, and 1 chicken leg. We do not eat dark meat in this house, so that will get tossed. The hot chicken was just placed in the box with no sheet paper inside to help with the sweating. By the time the order was here, I had to keep it inside the bag because the bottom of the box was completely wet and the chicken was coming through the bottom of the box. It is so sad to see what customer service has come to. I will NEVER order from here again.

My sausage was burnt.My biscuit was extremely hard any.It was ridiculously overpriced.I paid seventeen dollars 4 sausage biscuits that I couldn't even eat

Missing items and this was $30 for just two small meals not including the dash delivery fee. I had missing sides to my combo and my coffee was missing as well. Even th side of Honey Mustard was missing and I paid extra for that.
