for a restaurant pizza bollo is solid. no matter where you go the dough is going to be too doughy and oily. that said it's solid when we don't want to make our sourdough crust at home.

Pizza has a great taste! The 44 Farms beef is amazing. I added pepperoni and it was so good! The only thing that could improve is the crispiness of the crust. I have yet to find any pizza that is truly crispy but it had such a great taste that, overall, it did not disappoint!
