The last 3 times we've ordered through Door Dash the quality of the food has diminished dramatically. This last order was smashed, no bread or oil and skimpy potions. You'd expect more for a $100 order and 20% tip

Gnocchi Ai Funghi portion is very small. There is no option to add chicken which would make it more hearty. The sauce is delicious so im glad they give you enough of that but you leave feeling unfulfilled.

The food tastes okay. It's not incredible, and the price is high for what you're getting. The real pain point, though, is the service. The first time I ordered from here, I received the wrong order. When I called to correct this, they suggested I come pick up my correct order myself. If I had wanted to drive there, I would have done so. This seemed very unprofessional. I gave them a 2nd chance and ordered the next week. I had ordered chicken with my pasta and recieved no chicken. Instead of my cheesecake, I got a note saying they were out and gave me a chocolate cake instead. Not necessarily bad, but they could have communicated with me. What if I had an allergy?

it's better than most. The chicken is chewy on the Alfredo , Meatball Marinara is good the cheese look to be baged rather than fresh grated. but hey it's fast food
