• DoorDash orderI’ve given Bonchon in Gainesville, Virginia numerous tries, and every visit has left me disappointed. This time was the absolute worst, and I’m completely done with it. Despite the chicken being crispy, it was extremely overpriced and lacked any of the signature soy garlic sauce. Without that vital sauce, the chicken was not only flavorless but also extremely dry—so much so that after just two pieces, I had to throw the rest away. Frankly, this has been a recurring letdown, and I can no longer recommend this location.
Little to no sauce on the wings..NO FLAVOR

• DoorDash orderThe 8pc strips were not their best today. They were very thin and bland. Usually they have big slices of chicken with strong flavors.
The Fried Rice was packaged well and tasty.
Overall the food was okay but probably won't order again. Which is disappointing- they used to be my favorite.
