• DoorDash orderchicken was delicious and crunchy as always. Seasoned Zucchini Fries quality didnt fully hold up during travel. a little damp and limp, not crispy at all but still tasty. maybe a ventilated box like what the chicken came in would be better so all the hot moist air from the fries dosnt ruin the crispy coating on the Seasoned Zucchini Fries

• DoorDash order8pc chicken Wings - Ordered half & half, but got 5 soy garlic and 3 spicy instead of 4 and 4. Chicken quality is terrible. You can tell the chicken is old. How can they serve this as food... It's a disgrace.
Coleslaw - comes in a TINY condiment cup for $3.50, has no flavor. Tastes like NOTHING. Do not order.
Bibimbap - fresh veggies and ingredients, minus the added soy garlic chicken. Chicken was super tough and not fresh. The sauce is very spicy, spicier than the average gochujang sauce for bibimbabs.
The only thing that tasted good was the pickled radish (that also comes in a tiny condiment cup, so be advised if you're paying for extra).
Never ordering from here again.

• DoorDash orderThe food has really changed since I ate here last (I've had Bonchon many times). I ordered my 2 favorite dishes. The pork belly kimchi fried rice tasted completely different and not good. I couldn't eat it, and man is it pricey. Door Dash won't refund for taste, so I'm out close to $20 just for that item. The chicken strips are also different now, especially the texture which seems like thigh meat. The soy garlic tastes different too, but at least the strips were edible. The bulgogi steamed buns were very good. To be fair, the food was fresh and good quality, but not worth the price tag anymore sadly.

• DoorDash orderVery Disappointing. Although the chicken was very good, Bonchon reduced the size of its Seasoned French Fries, smaller containers of pickled radish and coleslaw, and no complimentary dipping sauces for the 16 chicken 16 pc Strips and 8 chicken 8 pc Strips we ordered. $9+ for an order of Seasoned French Fries was fine when there were enough to split for two people, but not worth it for a scant serving for one. And there's no chance the doordash driver ate the Fries. The bag was stapled. This is a deliberate attempt to increase profit by making portions smaller. Unlikely we will be ordering again.

• DoorDash orderNo good. The chicken was dry, too tough my jaw hurt and the oil was very poor. The donuts were too dark. Not recommended.
