I haven't gotten a single bad item from here. The Bibimbap was delicious - I'm very glad the sauce came on the side so I could spice it to my liking. And the Pork Buns were very tasty - super flavorful!

The food arrive cold and dried out tasting. The potstickers overcooked and stale. Overall a waste of of money. The steamed rice was dry and the Bibimbap was inedible with dry chicken and awful tasting veggies.

We recently ordered from Ban Chong and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. We got a 12-piece boneless wings, and unlike our previous visits, they were dry and lacked sauce. We were also disappointed with the bulgogi, which tasted more like a bland beef stew with little to no flavor.
We understand this is a fast-food chain and not a sit-down restaurant, but the quality has significantly declined since the last time we ate here about a year ago. For the cost—$99 through DoorDash for just six items—we expected much better.
We don’t eat out often and usually cook at home, so it was frustrating to spend so much on food that fell so short. This experience has left us hesitant to return.

The Boneless chicken was awfully dry and the Fried Rice was oddly sweet. The complimentary coleslaw was the best part but it's the size of a Dipping Sauce so I would just order the full side.

$19 for Bulgogi and they barely fill the container? Also the shrimp shumai for $8 was NOT worth it. Tiny and small. It's more of a $4 dish at best. The wings tasted great but I can find a better deal elsewhere for a 10 piece that is just as good. Past orders weren't skimpy like this. Not sure what happened there but I'll change my rating once the portions actually equal their price.
