• DoorDash orderOne of my favorite go to places for some good fried chicken. I always get the spicy and garlic soy flavors. That crispy skin yet juicy meat plus an explosion of flavors once you take a good bite. I highly recommend Bonchon!

We recently ordered from Ban Chong and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. We got a 12-piece boneless wings, and unlike our previous visits, they were dry and lacked sauce. We were also disappointed with the bulgogi, which tasted more like a bland beef stew with little to no flavor.
We understand this is a fast-food chain and not a sit-down restaurant, but the quality has significantly declined since the last time we ate here about a year ago. For the cost—$99 through DoorDash for just six items—we expected much better.
We don’t eat out often and usually cook at home, so it was frustrating to spend so much on food that fell so short. This experience has left us hesitant to return.

• DoorDash order I had an issue with my order, which DoorDash couldn't (or wouldn't) resolve. I called the restaurant and the BonChon staff was generous enough to assist me beyond the regular scope of service. Greatly appreciated. Thank you

• DoorDash orderI love the drums but not happy with how small the wings are now. They used to match the size of the drums. We love the flavors but I believe it's too expensive for not enough chicken.
