These scones are Not your typical scone ...the crumbly and sometimes flavorless scones that you have to slather with clotted cream or preserves due to dryness.
These scones have beautiful crunchy edges. The inside of the scone is soft and moist!
The apricot and Berry scones are delicious and offer enough sweetness juxtaposed the salt and butter from the scone.
However, the savory scones are the "home run" for me. I love the Sautéed mushroom scone and the bacon and pancetta scones!
I love the crispiness and porky flavor of the bacon and pancetta.
The mushroom scone has a beautiful earthy flavor.
Clotted cream and preserves are Not necessary for these scones. They do a Delicious job on their own!
Having traveled through France many times and tried many baked goods. I would have to say... Bonjour Bakehouse has some Unique and Beautiful baked goods.
We are fortunate to have Bonjour Bakehouse in our backyard!

• DoorDash orderI was looking for something different and not to heavy..... came upon the site and decided to try it. I ordered the apricot scone... it was incredibly light and delicate. The apricot was just enough and not too sweet. I especially enjoyed that little touch of crispness on the edges...It was a perfect way to start my day.
I also ordered the ham and cheese croissant I am sooo looking forward to lunch today.
I would highly recommend them... I was delightfully surprised
