Every single thing we ordered was PERFECTION. Burgers perfectly cooked and queso was delicious. We also got salsa since we ordered queso which was a nice freebie and suuuper good. First time ordering delivery and most certainly will again!

My husband said his Double Double Smash Burger was very dry but the fries were good. My Triple B Burger was missing BBQ sauce and had two very thin strips of bacon and about 3 onion strings. Sweet potato fries were almost raw and had no cinnamon sugar at all. We only ordered because I was craving the sweet potato fries and they failed me. :'(

Not sure how I have barely warm food on a nice day and it was delivered directly to me. My wife got a smash burger, it was regular patties, no smash, and they chopped off part of them for whatever reason removing about 1/4 of them. They forgot her bacon and mayonnaise but added ketchup on the burger, it doesn't even come with ketchup.
We haven't ordered here for a few months but I don't recall pepper ever being on the fries. My wife likes pepper so she enjoyed them. i found them to be inedible with so much seasoning.
I got a quesadilla to share or for later, Boy are these tiny. A very sad amount of cheese for a quesadilla, the meat was under seasoned and fatty. We probably won't eat this either.
I also got a Monte Cristo. They keep changing these. They used to be bursting with flavor and you could taste all the ingredients. Now they just taste like greasy dough with a hint of Swiss.
if we do eat here again, it will most definitely be in person.

I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Burger., Double Double Smash Burger., White Cheddar Mac N Cheese., and Jack's Skillet Queso..
Burgers were delicious and well prepared. Toppings came on the side (all present and notably fresh). You don't get a very large serving of fries but honestly it's enough food for me anyway, I'm not mad about it.
The Mac was just DELICIOUS though! It tastes very similar to Hell's Kitchen creamy bacon Mac.
The queso was just queso.
Overall I was satisfied with the food, packing, and delivery. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think it's a little over priced for what you're getting. imo.
