Never disappointed with Bosa! Always fresh, cakey, and delicious! These are our favorite donuts in town, and the One Dozens are such a good price. The cinnamon crumb and apple fritters are AMAZING!

They didn't read my detailed notes at all, and didn't contact me if they were out of something as I requested. I requested 3 different common donut types (chocolate bar, plain/vanilla cake with chocolate frosting, and glazed buttermilk) and included backup options for each. I got 1 correct, and 2 totally wrong. I also paid for a $5 iced Iced Coffee just so I could get a cup of ice, because I'm out, and they didn't include that either. No one at the shop apologized, they all blamed someone or something else. I usually go to the Bosa on Dysart & McDowell, and I'll never order from this one again after this - the employees at my regular store are so nice, and have never gotten my order wrong.

Subpar donuts and the ham and cheese croissant was a joke, it was a sliced croissant with 1pc of thin ham and very little cheese. The croissant was tough and chewy like it has been microwaved. I can't recommend and I will not be returning.

Have been in AZ since 2008. BOSA is consistent in quality and customer service. Go ahead, get a cake donut while you're at it. Don't skip out here during lunch, their croissant turkey sandwiches are awesome. Jalapeños!!
Also, they do sell out on cake donuts but awesomely compensate with more of the basic ones. Can't go wrong with BOSA!

Bosa is always just so amazing!! I will never ever get donuts anywhere else! Their tuna sandwich is freaking amazing as well! Just nice people and amazing food whch creates amazing memories Thanks Bosa
