I ordered a whole chicken, but received cut-up pieces of only white meat, that was too-salty for consumption. I ordered mac-chesse, and creamed spinach, but received two mashed potatoes. Wasted money. Had to reorder dinner from another facility.

There is no way someone packed my order and thought it was ok or edible. Three piece rotoss meal consisted of two carcasses and one chicken leg. The mashed potatoes were WATER grits have more consistency and im going to use the cornbread to hang some pictures later since I havent been able to find my hammer this is so burnt and hard it will work. I really HATE wasting my time and money. Dont bother ordering from here.

I expected the food to be a lot more flavorful. The Mac and cheese is nothing they should be bragging about. I ordered creamy spinach and got hard broccoli instead. I could not taste the barbecue on the Homestyle Meatloaf AT ALL and the dryness is unbelievable! I went from mouth watering to dehydration. It was bearable, but does not reflect their descriptions at all!!

The management team is horrible at this location. They do not please the customer at all. They don't care, they argue and hangup never try to solve a problem they don't care if they mess your order up they don't care if they didn't give you everything in your order they will not send it back to you. It's it's horrible, I recently order a Family Feast and a turkey family meal I don't like the chocolate brownie. I wanted to switch out for the apple pie. first of all Boston market, the apple pie option isn't online but you're still selling it. I never had a problem getting anyone to give me an apple pie instead of the brownie. But there's one manager every time she sees my order it's a no she don't care she hangs up. Boston market makes me not even want to order back to there, I willing to pay for the items I can't get it and then you don't make it available online either. It's hard for a person who don't have a vehicle and loves Boston market. You don't make the app accessible for those who aren't able to get to your restaurant.
I spent over $80 and I couldn't even get good customer service. I work very hard for my money to spend with a company who have employees holding their reputation and customers in their hands without any care.
