First timer at this place and loved it! Great sized portions and the Edamame was like eating at fancy restaurants. The broth for the ramen was spicy and so yummy. Veg Spring Roll was crispy and hot when delivered and the sweet&sour sauce was very flavorful. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

The yakisoba was extremely disappointing. There was a large layer of rice hidden at the bottom of the container, seemingly added just to make it look fuller. The noodles were incredibly dry, completely lacking in flavor, and there was barely any chicken. Overall, it was poorly prepared and far from enjoyable. I do not recommend it.

It's the best . D Best Beef Teriyaki in the planet! I was expecting so so but their beef teriyaki is delish and the seasoning is perfect! It's not easy to make the right teriyaki and hands down this one is the best! When ever I come to Everette again I definitely will order from them! Thank u for a good and delish food !

the sauce was super gross. it was just gross ketchup. if you go to the other Botan Ramen place it's way better and comes with way better sauce then just ketchup

Ordered the build your own ramen with udon and spicy Shoyu broth, and some veggies/tofu. Udon were tasteless and way too chewy, and the broth was had barely a hint of "spicy" and tasted like pure salt. I threw the whole order in the trash. :(
