Bourbon has the very best barbeque in Bozeman. The chicken wings are far superior to chain restaurants. The brisket, ribs, and sides are all fantastic. Service is always superb--in spite of the fact that they seem always packed. Live music, dancing are the occasional amenities. Best in class.

half my order is wrong, no sauce. meet dry with no flavor.. tacos terrible... The worst Potato Salad I've ever had. the texas hot links were decent. this food I would expect to be served in a retirement home not a bbq place.

You cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Mac and cheese, beans and broc salad are always favorites, as are the brisket tacos and any meat selection.

The barrias were straight salt which is unlike Bourbon normally but at least the Sandwich was good. I didn't get to eat anything because of how much salt was dumped onto my plate.
