The food portion was great & the food was pretty good. I just wish you all would allow the options to place the beans on the side; as when mixing it in with my Mac & Chicken makes the Macaroni smushy/soggy. Overall I order this a lot so that's speaks for itself.

I've ordered the bag of donuts before and left a 5-star review about them. This time, when they arrived they were all shriveled, burnt to a crisp, and completely inedible. No idea why the people packing the orders up would think that was okay. The brownie was also hard and practically frozen. Very disappointed, DoorDash gave me a refund which was very nice.

The Brisket Bowl used to be really good, but lately the brisket has been mostly fat chunks with a little bit of meat attached. Also, this last bowl I ordered seemed like it had been sitting out for a while because some of the mashed potatoes had developed a slight crust on top.

1 its the same res as smoke and bones.
2) The Buffalo Chicken Bowl comes with mac and cheese and it was just macaro with some cheese sprinkled on it drown in hot sauce.
3) the 1 Brownie was good i will say.

The flavors are definitely on point but the execution was super sloppy. I think whoever was working the late shift was new or not paying attention.
The bowl was amazing but I didn't receive the side coleslaw nor the sauces for the donuts. The donuts had been fried in oil that started too cold so they were completely soaked in oil and stuck to the bottom of the bag.
