Food has good flavor (though Brisket French Dip has a VERY smoky aroma and flavor). Biggest issue is packaging; whipped cream of Creme Brulee Cheesecake melted as placed on top of hot items and Brisket French Dip super soggy as it sat in juices with nothing to soak it up.

The food at Brahma Bar and Grill is amazing. Great portions. We've had the brisket, which melts in your mouth, great flavor. Burgers are great, chickens wings are a favorite, as are the fries and onion rings. Saw someone order the beignets, tried them and was not disappointed. Friendly staff!

First time trying this and it was fantastic! I had the Mesquite Chicken Tacos which were very delicious and had tons of meat. I also had the Side Sweet Potato Fries which were cooked just right and the Lemon Drop Cheesecake which was rich, smooth, and a perfect portion.
