This place is really great and has the best egg breakfast sandwich on door dash. The cocoa is also exceptional. As a note, if you get the Hot Chocolate - Small and select decaf or caf they will add coffee to it. So it is a mocha not a hot chocolate (unless you don't make a selection in that part of the order). My wife can't have caffeine so we found out the hard way.

I ordered the Norwegian smoked salmon platter. The bagel was burnt black in places and was rock hard. Never again! I have ordered this entree from many restaurants over the years. I have never had a burnt bagel.

It would have been helpful to see pictures or even descriptions of the food items in advance. My Waffle One Slice was one fourth of a waffle and instead of butter, it came with like a lemon custard. The Chocolate Croissant was I think replaced by a caramel one? Was a plain croissant with a drizzle of a sticky icing (caramel?) on top and the teeny tiniest amount of filling (also maybe caramel?), so small that I didn't find it until I was like 75% of the way thru, lol. Hash browns were as expected except they had zero crunch or crispiness
