This is my breakfast go-to place. To make our breakfasts little more healthy we order Salmon Benedict or Salmon Scramble. Both are great. You can see that the meals at this place have this feeling and taste of "hand made" style which separates Break Your Fast from fast-food style breakfast places.

I love the food and the friendly service at break your fast! It was our regular brunch spot before 2020, and we have continued to support them through takeout orders since then. I hope others will consider supporting this great local business.

I can always count on perfect comfort food from Break Your Fast. I love their pancakes. I miss their Crab cake Benedict. And their French Toast is wonderful.
