Just adding tomato made the house House Breakfast Sandwich the perfect breakfast, but the Chorizo, Egg and Cheese Sandwich is a close 2nd.

House Breakfast Sandwich is way better on a croissant and that was unavailable so I ordered brioche bun instead. house sauce seems to be missing or there isn't enough of it.
