are they still overcooking home fries? I want try again but were blacken pieces last time

Portions are far too small, only 3 steak tips. Eggs were supposed to be over medium yet they were cooked less than over easy. The white was still gooey. Home fries have no flavor. Side of hash sizes were also tiny.

wasn't very impressed eggs were way overcooked. potatoes were dry. sausage and bacon were perfect though.
